​When does registration cut off?

Registration is open all the way through the day before the event. We even welcome walk-ins. However, due to the nature of ordering food, seating arrangements, and having maxed out the event last year, we strongly encourage you to register as soon as possible to ensure you get a seat.​

Why has the price increased from previous years?

Our pricing reflects our commitment to continually elevate the value of the Energize experience. This year, we are proud to partner with a nationally sought-after sales thought leader, author, and speaker. For a nominal fee of $99, Energize provides an entire day of high-value content, professional networking, and meals included.

What is the early bird pricing for Energize 2026?

We are offering a tiered pricing model this year:
- $79 from September 1st through November 7th
- $99 from November 8th through the day of the event

Can I invite my team to Energize 2026?

Although attendees need to register individually, you can absolutely invite your team. In fact, team learning and masterminding is one of the most powerful outcomes of Energize!

Is the event in Maryland and the event in Virginia the same program?

Yes, both events feature the same program, available on back-to-back days for different geographies. If you have team members in Virginia or prefer attending on the 22nd, feel free to choose the most convenient location.​

Will breakfast be provided?

Yes, we will provide a continental breakfast, and coffee will be available all morning. Beverages will also be provided throughout the afternoon. Plan to arrive as early as 8:30 a.m. to grab breakfast, coffee, and network with sponsors before the 9:30 a.m. start.​

How about lunch?

Yes, lunch will be provided. We had rave reviews about last year's selections, and we make sure there’s plenty of food. If you have dietary restrictions, please indicate them during registration.​

What is the attire I should wear?

Business casual attire is recommended, and jeans are perfectly fine.​

​

Since these events are in January, what happens if the weather is bad?

We will monitor weather conditions closely and send alerts if necessary. Unless authorities deem roads unsafe, the event will proceed rain, shine, or snow. If you prefer to arrive the night before, check the hotel reservation link for our room block.​

Is there parking at the event?

Yes, both Turf Valley Resort and The Jefferson Hotel offer ample parking, making it easy to park and follow signage to the conference. The Jefferson Hotel also has Valet Parking for $30.

Can I pay my registration via credit card, check, or cash?

We strongly recommend paying via credit card. Fidelity National Financial (“FNF”) will issue an invoice to you using the contact and billing information you provide in the registration form. You understand and accept that it is your responsibility to monitor your email for this invoice, and to remit payment via credit card in full prior to the event. 

 

You may also pay via e-check. Your bank should accommodate this easily (use your bank's Bill Pay with the payee information below). You may also bring a check to the event or hand it to your Agent Representative. Invoices can also be provided if needed.​

Can Real Estate Agents or Mortgage Bankers attend Energize?

We recommend our title agents NOT invite their clients to this event. While it will be highly motivational and full of sales mindsets and habits, the content is tailored to title agency sales. One thing we’d encourage you do is take great notes and send a recap video (or series of videos) out afterward to your clients with the best nuggets you took away. This way, you can put it into your clients' language and even set a follow-up with them.
